Payment, shipping and refund information
We are happy to announce that we now accept credit card payments! We have phased out Paypal as we have been unhappy with their business practices and decided a change was in order. Please contact us at cj@cjsewingroom.com if you don’t have a credit card and we will work out an alternate solution. You can also check out our retailers page to find other stores who sell BUTTer and may accept Paypal. You can also find our products on A Crafty Cottage Congo, where you can pay via Paypal if you prefer. Thank-you.
Because of the nature of our body products and cleaners, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cj@cjsewingroom.com so we can work out a resolution together. Refunds will be given if no other agreement can be reached.
You will receive email confirmation with a delivery confirmation/tracking number when your package is shipped. We use USPS for regular orders and UPS for very large and/or wholesale orders. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for your package once it has left our warehouse. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover your package after it has been mailed, please email us your request or make a note of it in the comments box at checkout. We will send you an invoice to cover the cost of the insurance.
